Additionally, their former agency was linking a giant rolodex with THEIR COMPETITION directly to their website. Clients would not only see their site, but many other local flower shops, all in one place, and they were paying for this “service”.
We built a brand new Shopify site that they could manage on their own. The site keeps live inventory and communicates with in-store kiosk devices, for tracking both in-store and online inventory in one place. No more linking to the competition and now the site has a look and feel that is as fresh as their product. They were able to get a deal on kiosk devices and we saved them $1500 in setup fees by walking them through device setup and syncing.
We used loom videos to show the client how to use their site so that they don’t need to pay for small updates.
